Help our guests create something they love — and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
Our Hat Stylists are the heart of the Coastal Cowgirls experience. You’ll work one-on-one with guests to bring their vision to life, helping them choose the perfect hat and customize it with patches, bands, chains, charms, branding, burning and all the little details that make it uniquely theirs.
But being a Hat Stylist is about more than making a cute hat.
You’re creating the experience our guests remember.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE A HAT STYLIST
One minute you might be helping someone design their very first cowboy hat in our Hyde Park Village store. The next, you could be working a packed private party, styling hats at a corporate activation or bringing the Coastal Cowgirls Hat Bar to a major event.
As a Hat Stylist, you’ll:
• Work directly with guests to design and customize their hats
• Help guests choose colors, accessories and combinations that fit their personal style
• Learn our hat branding, burning and customization techniques
• Create a fun, welcoming and high-energy experience from start to finish
• Work both in our Tampa store and at private events throughout the area
• Set up, organize and maintain our Hat Bar and customization stations
• Represent Coastal Cowgirls and the experience our brand is known for

Most importantly, you’re dependable, hardworking and a team player.
Previous retail or hospitality experience is always a plus, but you don't need to know how to make a custom hat before you start — we’ll teach you the CCC way.
